Sunday Soup

                                      

Well it’s been a while since I made one of my favourite soups and I think it’s help cleared these sinuses out too.   I made some adaptions to the Curried Parsnip Soup today.  I gave a generous pinch of saffron and two tablespoons of tomato paste.

To accomply the soup we had the Soda Bread loaf I bought from The Dunbar Community Bakery,  The soup is very filling and warming … perfect for a snowy and cold day!
